Six String Love

Six String Love

It’s in the make-up of who you are,
An energy so tangible it lights up the sky

Do you still feel it when you play?
The beating of your pulse, through every vein. Or have you forsaken your soul, to the ring of six strings?

Your heart’s a Floyd Rose,
Beauty in even your deepest flaws.

A synchronized tremolo distinct to your core, the guitar just an extension of who you are.

It’s a diverse road to a six-string love,
An imprisonment of passion, you’re a strike from above.

A blessing disguised by a passion for art, you determine your way from your hands to your heart.

You’re an echo of every chord you play, the world will remember you for this one day.

You’re music’s the difference between night and day.
You’re melody, the ecstasy to souls gone astray
