Remember Saturdays?

Remember Saturdays?

That question mark suggests so much -
it might have wink accompaniment,
or rib cage dig, olecranon,
a process round a private joke.

The tone of voice betrays so much -
bored recall, endless window shop,
those secrets, wild nights on the town,
or weekend lessons, private school?

I hope not plot for future plans,
liaison plea despite the wife,
but if a ping for such required
then better ways to spend weekends?

Imagine Saturnalia,
or girl band taking name from day,
what is the nudge posed eroteme -
tall storeys built in Babylon?
