Reliquary

Reliquary

Penitential hymns composed

within this haven’s design.

Memories intricately carved.

Exact details honored.

Deities of reminiscence venerated,

like creamy marble

with sweeping curves,

the hallowed human brain,

a living organism.

A shrine,

keeping remembrances.

A sacred relic,

a holy keepsake.

Time’s passage of a life,

meant to be contained therein.
