Into the void
Dust transmutes
Into salt and water
Merged from the deep
Where all sorrows come
And man tears down
Gradually into air
And water
And anything in-between
Inside grows a heart
With a toadstool
For walls and valves
And sand for blood
Outside sits a funeral
Like make-up
Slowly and irreversibly
Deeping into the void
