Breaking Dawn Song

Breaking Dawn Song

Diffusing the violence in the kick drum and floor tom

Dampening the suffering in the words

Washes of ambience drag behind the guitar strings

Reflecting the conflicts going on with old tones and fresh melodies

A mix of pain and optimism like piano keys

Echoing the drive in the bassline

The Speeding up and slowing down of time

Like bullet trains and syrup

The changes play on

Whales singing to each other across a great submerged distance

These points map out a path toward a song

Something more than a world of ideas

A world of actions

Generating a swarm of variations into a coda

Giving us purpose

Giving us a sense of balance ###
