Fall Colors

Fall Colors

Fall colors

Paint the landscape

Images of imagination

In crimson and gold

Echoes of the past

Fade into the future

A prelude of tomorrow

Held in a hand of leaves

Tiny drops of dew

Like frosting on a cake

Glistening at sunrise

To awaken the day

Lingering mem’ries

Warming the soul

Wrapped in a blanket

Of fall colors
