Stiletto

Stiletto

She comes not from the Land of Oz,

so she doesn’t have a broom,

but she is still pure evil,

through and through.

She lies about her family,

she lies about her age,

she lies about the news

that she is engaged.

Tall woman in stilettos,

always taking chances.

She has her own cross to bear.

Can’t ignore male advances.

Her victim status stands firm,

although she crushes men to dust.

She has no clue of cause/effect,

so she remains nonplussed.

Such a sad way to live one’s life,

if only she would listen.

But all advice falls on deaf ears,

so it won’t become my mission!
