April in Avalon

April in Avalon

Dawn breaks over calm waters,

the solace of spring,

Still, ever-present,

mindful.

Light spreads in pink golden hues,

reflected in cerulean waves,

silent chords of hope in darkness,

breath in silence.

Springtime's magnificent colors rising eternal,

waking through salty mist,

cries of seabirds mingling with songs

of humanity, thrum of life stirring

as tide rushes to meet shore.
